At PetCareHub.lk, we aim to ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 3–7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
Eligible for Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is defective
- Item delivered is incorrect (wrong product)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Pet food (opened)
- Pet medicines and supplements
- Hygiene and grooming products
- Perishable goods
- Sale items or gift cards
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of approval
- Refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer / original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 working days
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Subject to stock availability
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side → we cover delivery cost
- If customer error → customer pays return shipping
Important Notes
- Returns will be rejected if:
- Item is used or damaged by customer
- Original packaging is missing
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy
